TRYNAMEKS reserves the
right to authorize all product returns. Credit for all returned products
will be issued toward future purchase only, unless products were found
defective out of the box. Customers must notify TRYNAMEKS and/or carrier
attempting delivery regarding products damaged in shipping within 5 days of
receiving the products. Original shipping charges are not refunded on
returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for
refund, exchange & repair. TRYNAMEKS reserves the right to match the
shipping charges for returned item(s) for replacement under warranty.
1) Legal disclaimers
Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness on all products. This disclaimer by
the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if
any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until
goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the
purchaser. Seller reserves the right to take possession of goods if
purchaser fails to make payment after 3rd final payment request by seller.
If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of
resell/export, purchaser must obtain from the state and/or federal
government certain resell/export documentation before shipping. In addition,
manufacturers' warranties for resell/exported goods may vary or even be null
and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is
only for the products purchased. Extended warranty, On-Site service is
dependent upon warranty/service options from the manufacturer and customer
location.
2) Internet disclaimer
Internet connectivity requires access services from an Internet Service
Provider (ISP). Contact your local access provider for rates, terms and
conditions.
3) 56K disclaimer
56K modems are capable of 56Kbps downloads, however, current regulations
limit download speed to 53Kbps. Connection speed may be different due to
various other reasons.
4) Y2K disclaimer
All products sold by TRYNAMEKS are third party products and are subject to
the warranties and representations of the applicable manufacturers,
including but not limited to Y2K compliance. Accordingly, TRYNAMEKS makes no
representation or warranty with respect to the Y2K compliance of product
sold.
5) Payment policy
TRYNAMEKS will accept a cashiers check or money order on all COD orders.
TRYNAMEKS will accept personal or business checks up to $5,000 for prepaid
orders, subject to verification. Please allow 10 business days for clearing.
All payments are due in full upon invoicing. Additional charges may apply
for electronic transfer of funds.
6) Net Terms
TRYNAMEKS will deliver orders under "Net Terms" for pre approved customers
only. Shipment or delivery of the products are subject to verification of
the customer's account status. TRYNAMEKS will notify customer if delivery
cannot be made. Late charges may be assessed if customer's net account is
over due more than 3 days. Ask your account manager for detail. An official
purchase request/purchase order on company letterhead bearing original
signature by an authorized officer will be required before product shipment.
TRYNAMEKS reserves the right to authorize shipment on faxed purchase order.
7) Reseller account
Please contact TRYNAMEKS for details regarding setting up reseller account.
All reseller accounts are subject to document verification. Approval of
product manufacturer may be required to resell certain products.
8) Freight policy
All orders will be shipped via ground transportation unless and otherwise
specified by customer. Shipping and handling charges on all orders may vary
due to weight, distance, insurance and so forth; contact your TRYNAMEKS
account manager for our most current and competitive rates, options and
shipping specials. For your protection, we ship only to your verified
billing/shipping address. In some circumstances, international shipping may
not be available. Call for details.
9) Return policy
TRYNAMEKS offers a 30 day return policy on most items based on manufacturer
return policies. For further information not listed, please contact your
TRYNAMEKS account manager.
Please call (847) 358-5308 or e-mail our Returns Department at
Support@TrynameksInc.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted
without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). For faster service, please have
the following information on hand when calling for a Return Authorization
Number (RAN): customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the
problem.
All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original
boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer
boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and
documentation provided by the manufacturer.
TRYNAMEKS strongly recommends you use proper packing material and fully
insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a
carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier
attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the
carrier's delivery record in order for TRYNAMEKS to file a damage claim.
Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify
TRYNAMEKS immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of
damaged merchandise. If you do not notify TRYNAMEKS of damaged goods within
the first 5 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any
claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
Call (847) 358-5308 or your TRYNAMEKS account manager to arrange for carrier
inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to TRYNAMEKS within 15 days
(maximum) from the invoice date, at TRYNAMEKS' discretion for: credit,
replacement, exchange or repair. Subject to verification. All Refunds are
dependent upon received amount from the manufacturer/distributor.
Manufacturer restrictions do apply for all returns. Any item that is missing
the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 15 days, all
manufacturers' warranties apply.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by TRYNAMEKS within 30 days
from the invoice date, at TRYNAMEKS' discretion for: credit, exchange. All
NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.
Due to manufacturers' policies, TRYNAMEKS cannot accept returns of the
custom configured orders or the following items for exchange, replacement or
credit FOR ANY REASON: (Compaq, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, AST). DEFECTIVE
merchandise can be returned for REPAIR ONLY to: TRYNAMEKS, the manufacturer
direct or any authorized service center in your area. Additional
manufacturers may be added to this list as: manufacturer policies change,
manufacturer goes out of business or in the case of specially ordered items.
10) Software and DVD movie return policy
Only defective software and DVD movies can be returned to TRYNAMEKS for
replacement. The return must take place within 15 days of invoice date and
may only be replaced for the SAME software or DVD movie title. Unopened
software may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice
date. Multiple software licenses cannot be returned for refund or exchange
unless first authorized by the manufacturer. All software and DVD returns
are subject to verification.
11) Pricing disclaimer
All pricing subject to change without notice. For all prices, products and
promotional offers, TRYNAMEKS reserves the right to make necessary
adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation,
manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating
circumstances.
12) Used/Refurbished products
All pricing on used/refurbished products are subject to change without
notice. For all prices, products and offers, TRYNAMEKS reserves the right to
make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation,
manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating
circumstances. Warranty on the used/refurbished products may or may not be
available from manufacturer. TRYNAMEKS has a no-return policy for
used/refurbished items.
Important note
Opened multiple licenses may not be returned for any reason. If the terms
and conditions stated on your purchase differ from those stated on our
invoice and you do not notify TRYNAMEKS of such within 15 days, it shall
signify your acceptance of our original terms as stated on our invoice. All
